heey, i live in canada, and about the blackberry...
hii! i did mine in bangkok it was approx 17 usd for the set. they changed the casing for me on the spot at the shop. i heard some ppl actually order casings from ebay/online shops and fix it by themselves w help w some tutorials on youtube. :) i shd be cheaper that way. it does seem quite easy actually, just need the right tools e.g. a small scew driver to take off the screws at the back, everythg...
